Information about check-in, pitches and your stay
What are the check-in times?
Check-in is possible daily from 8:00 AM to 9:30 PM. Please register at the reception upon arrival.
Do I need to make a reservation?
Reservations are not possible.
How do I find the campsite?
Our campsite is located at Seeuferlandesstraße 53 in A-9583 Faak am See. Simply follow the signs towards Lake Faak.
Is there a minimum stay?
The minimum stay is 1 night.

General information about the campsite
Are dogs allowed?
Yes, however they are not allowed on the beach or in the water, must be kept on a leash and must do their business outside the campsite.
Is there WiFi at the campsite?
Yes, free WiFi is available throughout the entire campsite.
Can I choose my own pitch?
Yes, you can choose any available pitch upon arrival. Our reception will be happy to help you find your way.
Is there a supermarket on site?
Yes, there is a small shop on site with essential groceries and camping supplies (not operated by us). There is also a restaurant on the grounds. Larger supermarkets can be found in the nearby area.
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept cash as well as common credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro).
Sanitary
Information about our sanitary facilities
How are the sanitary facilities equipped?
Our sanitary facilities offer showers, toilets, washbasins and dishwashing areas. All facilities are cleaned regularly.
Are there family bathrooms?
Yes, we have separate family bathrooms that are ideal for families with small children.
Are the showers free?
The use of showers is included in the overnight price.
Departure
Information about check-out and payment
By when do I have to leave on departure day?
Check-out is by 12:00 PM. Please check out at the reception the day before your departure.
Can I depart later?
A later departure is possible for a fee and by arrangement with the reception, provided the pitch has not already been assigned.
Where can I dispose of waste?
Disposal stations for chemical toilets and grey water can be found at signposted locations on the grounds.
